These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between RIVUS360 (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and users of the platform (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
§ 2 Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded upon registration on our platform. By registering, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
§ 3 Services

§ 4 Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to:

- Keep login data secret
- Not misuse the platform

§ 6 Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.
§ 8 Contract Duration and Termination
The contract runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 30 days at the end of the month.
§ 9 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is [Location], provided that the customer is a merchant.
